Name: Suya
Eaten in: West Africa
Foodie: Linda
If you need an original flavorful rub to add a spicy touch to your grilled meats, try this West-African suya pepper. The mix of groundnuts (use West-African ones if you can, they have a unique earthy touch), chili and salt provides some texture and piquant to the meat.
