• Whole Cleaned And Skinless Pineapple
• 1 cup of water
• Crushed ice, Large Fresh Mint Sprig (Optional Garnish)

Directions

1.	Cut the pineapple in chunks and put them in the blender
2.	Add the water and blend until you obtain a smooth concoction
3.	Filter using a sieve
4.	Serve chilled
