Ingredients

  • 175g flour (for instance, all purpose gluten-free flour)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 375g coconut flakes
  • 75g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Directions

1. Pour the flour in a bowl Add the melted butter and half portion of the coconut flakes

2. Mix everything with your hands. (Yep, that’s the beginning of the messy part!! )
3. Add the beaten egg to the mix and keep mixing with your hands.
4. Put the oil on your hands. Take a small quantity of the mix and make a ball. Dip it into the rest of the coconut flakes and put it on a baking sheet that you greased beforehand.
5. Do the same with the rest of the mix.
6. Put your cookies in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes, or until as brown as preferred.
