Moelleux au chocolat (Fudgey chocolate cake)

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 9 tablespoons butter
- 1 chocolate bar ((about 8oz))
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C, gas mark 6) |
| 2. | Melt chocolate in a saucepan with a little bit of water |
| 3. | Remove from heat, add butter, flour and baking powder |
| 4. | Prepare a foam with the egg yolks, the sugar and a little water. Add it to the chocolate mixture |
| 5. | Beat the egg whites, and incorporate them into the pan gently |
| 6. | Pour into a buttered pan with high edges, and bake for about 35 min |
| 7. | Add powdered sugar or melted chocolate to decorate the cake |
