Tostoneras are fun to use and a great tool to flatten reluctant plantains. They are used to make banan pese, tostones, patacons. I think they are a great tool for relaxation as well. I have squashed many negative feelings using my tostonera and the best part is that, liberated, I then get to feast on a delicious meal.
